Accessibility

Our commitment

We want empyrewater.com to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark and a skip-to-content link
  • Keyboard operable navigation, tabs and disclosure elements with visible focus indicators
  • Text and interface colors checked for contrast against their backgrounds
  • Form fields with persistent visible labels, not placeholder-only labels
  • Data tables with proper header scope, and wide tables that scroll within their own container rather than breaking the page
  • Reduced-motion support for visitors who have asked their system to minimize animation
  • Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px width

Known limitations

We're a small, new company and this site will keep changing. Some third-party embedded content — scheduling and form widgets — is not fully under our control, and its accessibility depends on the provider. If you hit a barrier in one of those, tell us and we'll give you another way to get what you need.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email us at and describe what happened. We'll respond and we'll fix what we can. If you need information from this site in another format, or you'd rather book a water test by phone or email than through a form, just ask — that's always an option.
