What the appointment actually is
- We test your water in front of you. Hardness, chlorine, total dissolved solids, pH, and iron where relevant. You see the results as they happen.
- We pull up your utility's report. Not our marketing material — their published document, with the year it was measured.
- We ask about your house. Bathrooms, fixtures, appliances, irrigation, and what actually bothers you about the water. Sizing depends on this.
- You get a written recommendation. Itemized, with reasoning attached to your numbers. It doesn't expire.

Service area
Colorado Springs is our home market. We travel from Pueblo and Pueblo West in the south to Castle Rock and Larkspur in the north, and from Cripple Creek and Woodland Park in the west out to Calhan, Simla and Limon on the plains. If you're outside that, tell us where you are and we'll give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Hours: We schedule tests on weekday evenings and Saturdays as well as during the day, because most people who want to see their own water tested would like to be home when it happens.
