Filter service plans

A water system is only as good as its last filter change. We track your intervals, remind you before they're due, and put every cartridge cost in writing up front so nothing surprises you later.

Why this page exists. The most common failure in this industry isn't a bad install — it's a good install that nobody serviced. Spent filter media doesn't warn you. It just quietly stops doing its job, and in some cases performs worse than no filter at all. If you take nothing else from this site: whoever installs your system should still be answering the phone in three years.

We don't publish plan pricing here, because it depends on which system you have and how many cartridges it takes. You get the annual number in writing with your install quote, before you commit to anything.

Drinking Water

For reverse osmosis only

  • Annual RO pre- and post-filter replacement
  • System pressure and production check
  • TDS reading before and after, recorded
  • Membrane replaced at cost when due
  • Priority scheduling

Well

Private well systems

  • Everything in Whole Home
  • Two visits per year rather than one
  • Sediment pre-filter changes included
  • Iron and nitrate tested at each visit
  • UV lamp replacement scheduled if fitted
  • Annual lab panel guidance

Plans cover systems we installed, and the annual price is confirmed in writing before your first service — it depends on which system you have and how many cartridges it takes. Membrane and media replacements outside the annual scope are billed at cost plus labor and always quoted before the work. Plans are annual and you can cancel any time.

Common questions

Am I locked into a plan?

No. Plans are annual and you can cancel any time — you own the equipment outright either way. We'd rather earn the renewal than trap you in it.

Can I just change the filters myself?

Yes, and we'll show you how on install day. We sell filters a la carte at a fair price and we'll tell you your intervals. Plenty of our customers do their own RO cartridges and call us only for the membrane.

What happens if something breaks?

Manufacturer warranties cover the equipment and we handle the claim for you. Our labor warranty covers the install. Plan members go to the front of the schedule.

What if I sell the house?

The system stays with the property and the plan transfers to the new owner at no charge if they want it. A documented, serviced, permitted water system is a selling point — an undocumented one is a question mark at inspection.

Find out what's actually in your water.

We test at your kitchen sink, walk you through the results and your utility's own published report, and give you a written recommendation. If your water doesn't need treatment, we'll say so and leave.
